WIP - Build a low pass filter and make a bode plot

1. Ask a PI at front desk for a breadboard or protoboard
2. Plan out a low pass filter circuit (a good simple design is a passive RC filter)
3. Get all the components you need for the design from Benches 3 and/or 8
4. Build your circuit and use the frequency response mode on the oscilloscope to create a bode plot
5. Show your circuit and Bode plot to a front desk PI to get a stamp!
